I am having a problem with my 350x i tighten the chain on it and go for a ride and it is extremely loose by the time I'm 30 min into the ride. I have just put in a new chain, sprockets, and bearing carrier am beginning to wonder if I'm missing something? I have the 2 seals on the swing arm that fit in between the bolts to supposedly tighten the swing arm down so the bearing carrier won't move but it keeps moving. I have a magnum/rad bearing carrier if that makes a difference. The only thing i noticed different is on the stock carrier there is two o rings that go over it and mine doesn't have those but i see no reason why it should be turning in the swing arm. The bolts are not coming loose and they are tightened down. It's really bugging me i can't go anywhere with out this happening and i'm not doing anything crazy just riding around the fields and down some field lanes.

Hum... Thats a tuff one. What about the bolt in the rear of the swingarm in the center? Thats about the only thing I can thinK of that you haven't mentioned above to check.

Rear center bolt could be missing ,but still shouldn't turn. Allens should hold it. From what you've said, they're carrier is machined wrong,or your swingarm is cracking. Can't be too hard to figure out. You keep tightening them up after every ride? That space is going somewhere! Let us know what you find!
Check to see if under the swinger carrier tube, there are cracks on the bottom near the bolting flanges. Sometimes they crack at the splits in the swinger and won't hold the carrier tight.
If all that is well, I would say they cut the carrier to thin and it needs replaced.

I've seen bad swing arm bearings mess with chain adjustments. I've watched guys tighten the chain to what appears to be right and go for a rip only to find the chain loose again.

I will check on the bottom of the swing arm for cracks. The bearings are fine they're brand new and i do have the bolt in the middle of the swing arm is in there.

That center bolt is merely preventing the carrier from over rotation (Roy can explain )
Usually, a good percent of owners tighten those bolts too much and they do bend and crack.
As others have said, the carrier could be machined a few thousandths too small.
If the upper and lower bolt flanges are touching when your done tightening the carrier, they're bent or cracked.....

Well i marked the carrier with a pen and it's not moving apparently it's my chain stretching. It's a new chain ek o ring chain and i now a new chain will stretch but i never figured it would stretch that much but it is. I tightened it tonight and marked it and took it for a hour and half ride or so tonight and it stayed tight so hopefully the problems over.
