ESR 310 Kit

I am considering a 310 and would like to get some feedback from those currently running an ESR 310 cylinder in their 250r.
ESR claims you can run the stock exhaust, reeds and carb with the 310 but I would like some real world results from actual users.

If you can post your opinions/experience that would be very helpful for me.

y would u wanna run stock exhaust with that? also get those reeds outta there before they break off or stick.
