I just found out that the rear tires for the 1986-87 200X 1985-86 350X are now discontinued. They were on Backorder for 2 weeks but my dealer said they just recently went disc :( . This is sad . I did manage to find a dealer with 2 in stock, got lucky there. I guess these will go up in price now. 22X10X9 42710-HA5-672AT . It's bad enough the fronts were disc

I thought the same thing happened a year ago or so, they listed as discontinued, but then were available again. I hope this is just temporary and that they come back again... I like the OEM tires. Keep your fingers crossed...

Another thing you can do is run OE 1986 ATC250R rears on the 350X. They look the same but they are 20s. I like 20s a lot more than 22s on a 350x anyway but thats just my opinion. I've got 20s on the rear of mine and went up a tooth on the front sprocket. It has turf tamers from the PO but if it ever needs tires I'm going to buy the OE 250R rears. A buddy of mine just did the same on his 86 350x and it looks great.

sorry to go off topic but Blown, when you went up a tooth were you still able to run the case saver? I tried up 1 tooth and the saver wouldnt fit anymore?

Was it you that started a thread on that? I was about to post in that thread that it worked for me but then I went out and looked. For some reason I had my sprocket cover and case saver off before I swapped sprockets and have not tried to put them back on with the new sprocket. I need to do that asap. My bearings and sprockets are good and my chain is tight so there shouldn't be a problem but I still need to take care of it.
I read you can go up to a 15 tooth with out case saver. I'd really like a 15 on mine.

I have been told by 2 dealers they are not available, Hondaeasttoldeo said they where in backorder and they ordered 30 sets but they just said they are Discontinued. This sucks! Wonder where the molds are for the front 101 and the rear 701? They probably lost them or threw them away like the Dunlop KT576 :(
Yes these tires are discontinued. A friend at the Honda dealer confirmed that today. He said he doubts Honda will bring them back.
