Well guys, when I got my 200X I knew I needed to tighten the chain. So, I tried. but, my swingarm bolt was stuck and 1 adjuster stripped and the other broke, so I ordered a swingarm bolt, nut, and adjusters. I don't care what happens to the current bolt since I got another, but I need this damn bolt out! How do I do it without damaging anything but the bolt? Trust me, I already tried a big hammer and PB blaster

Tomorrow I am calling my neighbor, he has a torch, hes a machinist, and I'm gonna see if he'll fix this problem for me.

Got a sawzall with a bi-metal blade? Cut the bolt between the frame and the swingarm dust seal. Or you can use a 4" cutoff wheel. Done about four 200x swingers that way. Once its cut, jerk out the swinger, heat up the center of the swinger and take a BFH, and swing away.

Damn. so much work for one bolt. Honda makes some awesome stuff but having your chain tensioned by adjusting the swingarm is a stupid ass idea.

Not only that, but they tapered the end instead of adding a hex head, if it had a hex head I could hit it with the impact and free it right up! I just got all my electrical parts and my swingarm bolt, nut, and adjusters in the mail today so I'll be beating on it.
