Need Help with Tire Information - Please Advise

Can anyone provide information on what the difference is between OHTSU "FR Wamulass" tires and OHTSU "SP Wamulass" tires with everything else being the same (same size tires of 22 X 11 X 8)????

The tires on my 1980 ATC110 are "SP Wamulass". Just curious what are "FR Wamulass"?
