XR 200 crankshaft in a 200X?

Hey everybody. I heard that you can put a 1984 XR200 Crankshaft in a 1984 200X. Does anyone know if this is true? I looked at the part numbers and the only thing different the connecting rod. As far as I know they have the same stroke and bore (My 200x has been bored over, I'm more concerned about the stroke) I'm just wondering if any1 knows if this will work. Thanks for the help.

i have run into this recently, the left hand crank brg on the xr crank is to small to fit in the brg saddle. as far as i know the brgs are interchangeable
