ATC 70 Bearings

The rear end on my 85 seems to be loose. I hold the brake yet i can still move the bike back and forward just a bit. Is it time for new bearings? ive never replaced em before. Front end is fine but Should i get a set while im at it?

If you can roll the trike back and forth a little bit with the brakes on, its going to be the rubber sprocket isolators in the sprocket hub. If the rear bearings are bad you would be able to rock it side to side and feel it clunking, which could also be a wheel hub that needs to be tightened up.

I can move it side to side aswell and defintely feel some play in there.
