To any and all machinists or fastener subject matter experts.

I have been searching the internet for the past hour trying to find a specific size internal retainer clip to hold the baffle in my newly acquired Powroll pipe. I have completed a couple measurements (to the best of my abilities) and the external diameter of the internal retaining clip needs to be 93MM. I could probably get away with a 94MM if I had to.

Does anybody know where I can get an internal retainer ring this large or will it have to be a custom job?

Thanks all in advance!

Couldn't you just use some #9 steel wire . Wrap it around the out side of the baffle to get the size correct , cut its length so it will fit snug on the inside of the baffle . You could do the heat treating your self also .

That's one hell of an idea Mike. Thank you, I didn't even think about that!

Or check with the local transmission shop...

I used to use some around that size way back when, I still have the tool. If you contact your local industrial bearing supplier they should be able to hook you up.

To tell you the truth the stock snap ring lasted me maybe a couple races back in the day so mine is held in with pop rivits .
