Chain Legnth ???

Hey guys I'm having issues ordering a new chain for my project bike.

Its a 83 200x with a 3" extended swing arm. Someone said a chain 520x125 ???????

3 inches times 2 is 6, links are .60 so 6 divided by .60 is is 10 links more than stock.
