Anybody know any thing about them? I bought one off a member here a while ago and just finally started cleaning it up and plan on getting it mounted on my 86 R soon. Just wondering if any body has any info on them.

Great pipe,,,they love to rust! Seal her up good! She's good for another gear. In other words,if you were bogging up a hill in 3rd,,you will now be bogging up the same hill in 4th. Give it AT LEAST reeds on the intake side, lid off if you're not running in slop.

Yes, the coolest part about it is you don't see a lot of them.

Will do when I get it on and jetted in.

I noticed the rust. This one has surface rust that I am working on getting off it. Going to try 2000 degree withsatnding clearcoat on it to keep the rust off.
Sounds like it should be a good power increase then.
Since you brought up reeds, I might as well ask. What do you suggest for reeds? Vforce, Boyseen or something else?

I preferred TDR , Tony Doukas Racing back in the day. I honestly doubt his stuff is still around?? I will have to Google that! http://www.bansheedepot.com/categories.asp?cat=29... He lives! If you have a Banshee,,,THIS is the place to go! For over 20 years now! Anyhow,,you won't go wrong w V force,,Boyesens are ok. I just prefer TDR because I ran them in a LOT of 250R's over the course of many years. And they were CHEAP! I couldn't find a price,,but they have a toll free # . I would call them Monday. Good luck !

Not sure if the link will work or not, but it lists them at $35. I assume this just pedals for a stock cage?

Yes, I got the pipe and West Coast swinger from you.
Here is my bike with the swing arm on it.

I need to find a silencer to go with the Krause that won't hit on my caliper. My FMF hits, but the stock clears. My brother has a Richter (sp?) that I am trying to get from him. It is just a small round silencer with a nice finned style mount.
Here is an older pic of the pipe when I first got it, it is looking better now.
