My first question is, how do you check the oil level? There is a bolt on the lower back right side case that looks a little different than the rest of the case (or cover) bolts. Is this the oil level check hole?
Second question is, does the trannny oil also lubricate the rear end? I highly doubt it does, but I cannot find anywhere on the rear diff to check the diff oil.
Also, what kind of oil does the tranny take in these?
If the diff is a different fluid, what kind of fluid does it take?
Thanks for looking guys.

I found my answer on the diff oil- http://www.3wheelerworld.com/showthread.php/95365-Tri-Zinger-Shaft-Rear-Gear-Lube?highlight=tri+zinger+gear+oil
Still need to know about the gearbox though.

There's a manual here, it will probably help with your other questions.

Very good Mike. You are a scholar and a gentleman.
To save time if anybody would like to know, the tranny takes 300ml of 10w-30 and there is no check plug. You simply fill it with 300ml and you're done.
The rear end takes a special kind of Yamaha grease. Disassembly of the rear end is required to change out the grease.
