atc 90 with 18" tires what sprocket size?

I'm working on my 90 again possibly trying to get it ready for Trike Fest. I need suggestions on what size sprocket to get. I'm running 18 inch tires and my motor is somewhere around 120 something cc's. I'm probably going to get a sprocket
from Rebel Gears.They list 42 through 47 tooth,Plus the option of making a smaller sprocket. I'm probably going to go with the 42 or smaller.

Timmy, rear sprocket size won't make alot of difference with that hi/lo gearbox on there. Get the s90 parts, get rid of the hi/lo gearbox and then change your sprockets around for the big difference. Did you give Bruce back his wheels and tires yet? LOL

I just ran stock tooth count sprockets on my daughters 90 with 18s. High was still high enough and low was real low.

Without the hi lo gear box your best bet would be a 43 tooth sprocket.

Pat,I got hold of a nice s90 bottom end and also have a few other side covers and the parts to do another manual setup.I'm working on converting the motor I got from you,This week.
I'm taking a bunch of parts to get blasted,Hopefully tomorrow.

Wayne,I have a stock count sprocket on the dike,But it needs a little more up top!

I'll probably go with the 43 tooth suggestion.

Not sure about you guys but I like between a 34-37 on the back depending on the motor mods .
