I got the Big Red off a old guy ten minutes away

I got the 200 about 30 minutes away.

Got mine off ebay. It was 1200 miles away. I got the best hookup of all though. I work for a freight forwarder, so I had the lady who owned it drop it off at our Orlando office and they put it on one of our planes and it was here in Toledo the next day. Not bad for FREE!!! :D

Found my first 200x under a pile of riding lawn mowers at my gunsmith's shop. Found my first 350x sitting an a trailer in a parking lot. Left a note on the guy's windshield and he called me back. Went and picked it up about 15 miles from my house.

I bought my tri z off ebay and then traded it to atvnut for a 86 350x.

The 250r and 225dx traded a beat 87 lt230 for them
The 250sx that I paid $25 was from a friend of a friend
250es and 200s on a local classified website for $900
The 86 XR80r friend called me and told me to come and get it.

Which one? :) 3 of mine ( and a quad.) came from a Central New York classifieds paper called the "Swap Sheet". 1 (and another quad) came form Ohio just because the deals were too good to pass up and I hapened :rolleyes: to be in the area, kind of. I also got one for fixing someones trike for them and now may buy the one I fixed.

My first trike 200x got it from a guy in town here that i seen in the "action" paper for 400 and then did a frame up resto on it and traded it for my tri-z i have now that i got from roy franks on the forums

got my 85 YTM200from a stranger,saw it sitting under his porch,it was in good shape and had new rear tires picked it up for $75,picked my 85 Tecate up from a friends son,it was(still is) beat to hell,but i rode it home for $375

I got one of my 200x's (both 84 models) from a guy that lives in columbus about an hour and a half away, and the other one i dont know how i got it actually....it just showed up in my yard :rolleyes: dad seen it and bought it for me from a guy about 45 minutes away

the 110 is both my dad's and mine, i got the 185 from my uncle, got the big red for $250 from an old farmer. and the 250rr from my friends brother for $100.

I bought my trike about an hour from my house. It was in a localpaper. It turns out it was the same trike I looked at about 5 years earlier that was in mint condition. The guy wanted $1500. That was too much for me. Then a farmer bought it to herd up cows and didn't take really good care of it.
