200x steering tension

so i got new forks for my wheeler and i took the old ones off. and there still is a really stiff spot in the steering with the triples on. you can see where (is the steering stop fits up over the triples in front of the bearing carrier?) the red tab has been rubbing on the triples. my question is do you guys think that the triples re bent or the frame itself is bent?

Could be either. I've had guys that installed NOS forks but couldn't get the steering play just right. Had to be a bent or tweaked triples...

It's funny, you get it just right. but when you slide the forks in, it's not as smooth as it was....

i think im just gonna take the easy way out and buy a roller
