Now Im in the process of adding the extra wiring to my new harness. I got pressure switches in both masters, rehook up the tether and the trail tech. Ill hook them up one at a time to make sure none of them were the culpert with my no starting problem all winter. It was intermittent. Pretty sure may 12 Im going to Richland center to the atv drags and gonna run it there. I just got some 5" aluminum tubbing to build a quiet silencer to avoid tickets up north.

Im surprised you even respond to me after how pissed you were last year with all my motor problems. Them have been resolved there was so much questionable with the motor Im glad I didnt run it. I had BDT do it. Any way for the silencer I mocked it up for fitment with a used piece of 5" exhaust semi truck stack. I will always run a 6 pack rack so it can stick out aways in the back. Its 18" long and it will mount with the oem hanger in 2 spots. The original and one or the grab bar. The closest thing I found so far is 1" conduit for the inlet pipe. I haven't decided if I wanna drill all the holes or just spend $30 from AAEN performance and buy the perforated tube. The end caps are gonna be welded on the front and removable in the rear from 3/8" aluminum plate. Im thinking on the inside Ill use a perforated core and packing for the first 14" then a stack of 4" supertrapp disks inside with their US forestry approved cap then it will exit out the back thru a turn down. The pics in the snow are what It looks like now, the ones with the rack are 2 years ago this month when I got it and the one with the paddles are the muffler I'm going for.

Pissed? I was just trying to help. So what was the final problem?
I am not understand the supertrapp part of your design. I would love to hear a video of it running. I need to make something quiet for when I goof around here, the ESR is way too loud.

HA HA you said if I dont replace my crank seals you were gonna come over and do it yourself. The problem was a coolant leak. Then I didnt know but now I know esr cylinder have had a bunch of the exhaust flange holes drilled into the coolant cavity so they would leak in to the pipe. Then esr said I had the wrong oring in th head which I didnt put te motor together and the correct oring was in there. The local place that built my motor last summer kept my brand new honda crank and put in a used one, they said all the bearing were good along with the water pump. Need less to say when I pulled it apart to figure out what was wrong the CB had horizontal and vertical play. No sealent on any or the stainless fastners, the dirt tat was in the stator cover was still there, the crank tins had screwdriver dings in them, coolant would leak into the tranny oil as it did before I had it rebuilt and so on. I had a ricky stator cdi and coil in that BB motor dont like and a bad harness. The worts part is when it was all original it ran perfect. Now it screams. The ESR muffler is way to loud, Ill post up somthing with my muffler idea.

Ok, I guess a coolant leak wouldn't show up in a leak down test? Anyway, glad you got it figured out! I heard that about a bad run of ESR cylinders.

Yep, my ESR cyl had the same problem with the flange bolt holes. But I was fortunate and found out about it before I put any real run time on it.
