You may want to contact Shawn (sblt500r), he is reproducing all years Tecate wiring harness. And I would like to add doing a outstanding job ! (check out his feed back I left him for pictures)
I started to install my new one last night on my 84-85 Tecate.
If he can do Tecate with this much quilty I am sure what ever you are needing would be very doable for him

I redid most of my triumph with a roll of red wire.
NOT recommended.

Harnesses for trikes seem pretty darn cheap on ebay, like 10 bucks.

I'm making one for my 83R from scratch as we speak as I want to have it as hidden and neat as possible.
I bought heaps of wire in all different colours and then mocked it up on my kitchen table whilst following the diagram on the old 3ww site. It seems to be going pretty well.

It's a fair bit of work to rout them like I have, I've got them going under the engine and between the skid plate and through the frame then covered in braid etc but I think It's that detail you don't see by having it hidden that makes it stand out.
