Another one all done and ready to ship to the customer . This one is a real beast :lol: 61mm venolia piston and a 63mm long rod stroker = 185cc :twisted: . Manual clutch conversion , SL90 tranny , Bapp 3/4 roller bearing cam . Gonna be hard to keep the front tire down on this one !!!!

That thing is a beast! Did you measure the size of the valve? Just curious if its the same size as the one in my pauter motor?

Forgot to measure the valve but it was obviously bigger than stock !!!!
Hope Travis shoulder can handle this beast :lol:

Not sure on HP numbers but I can guarantee you it will smoke a stock 200x and prob keep up with a modified one to .

Its just a vm26mm mikuni .
not sure what size you need but the 22-26mm all looked the same .
I believe sudco.com still sells a vm22mm

Man when i fall into that pile of cash your getting the built motor i have that needs rebuilt. That thing looks like it rips, but no fun to pull start.

I'm not that expensive :lol: and yes you really need to think of what your doing when you go to start one of these beasts or it will bit back .

Travis is putting this motor in his PJ1 frame for the ice this winter. Should be a screamer! Josh is reworking his 70 gas tank mold so we can get them to fit both PJ1 frames. :naughty:
