Sweet! Just helped me out with the recoil. Since you've been tinkering with them lately, I've ran into a problem with the recoil on my 110, I put everything back together how it goes, yet I don't have enough room to even put the clip back on. The assembly slides down all the way onto it it seems like, but even without adding the two washers I don't have enough drop to assemble it. I've took it apart a couple times and tried again to no avail.

You have to make sure it's seated right first, then you have to push HARD HARD HARD to get the little 'C' clip in. It can be tough sometimes I just did one today.

Everything seems to be seated right, it took me hours to figure out a technique to get the coil back in, but I still don't have enough of the piece sticking out to replace the washers and circlip. I've taken it apart time and time again though and I can't figure it out! The coil is sitting flat at the bottom, the rope holder is flat and as far down as it will go, and my rope isn't in the way. It's perplexing.

I got it, finally. After I figured out the technique to coiling it up I had it buttoned up in five minutes. I figured out you have to wind it around outside the housing and set it in place yourself.
