CRF 250 carb on 350x?

Does anybody here have a CRF 250 FCR carb on a 350x?Wonder what the opinions on this swap is?Would a 400ex carb be a better choice?Also the motor has been improved piston,cam,port and polished head.

I think i was the first to put a FCR carb from a modern 250cc motocrosser on my X, Yes it will work and it will be extremely good, Best mod you can do once you have your typical, camp, piston, pipe modds.

What throttle will I have to use?Is there any big issues with mounting it?

Clearance with gastank might, because i haven't used one off of a crf, im not positive on that setup and what will clear. Choke dosn't clear frame rail (so i dont use the choke to start) For the cable, who knows, I got lucky and could use a cable from a 06 trx450, Or you could use the dirtbike cable and get the screw spacer for the throttle that comes with the aftermarket billet thumb throttles.
