well, i finally got around to painting the exhaust on the 125. came out pretty good i think, but hardly anything special though. rattlecan Rust-oleum High Heat $9.55, doubt i'll really need the 2000deg protection though. :lol:

I used the same stuff on my 200X build for my DG exhaust. Seems to be holding up well and wasn't affected when I melted my snowmobile suit leg on the pipe. DOH!! Scraped off the melted nylon after it cooled.

Rust Oleum is hard to beat. I've seen it reliably outlast PC. Many times. Great paint. You will be very happy you did it!

yeah pretty happy so far. can't do the 3step baking/curing part, so i just mounted it and let it run for 20mins. figure that would be good enough till i get the chance to go riding. i'll just take it easy for the first hour or so, hopefully i won't manage chip it before then. :lol:
