Yeah it was fun untill i found myself up to my thighs in mud lifting the bike hoping it would break free.

i see some trees back there. next time get some branches and lay them out to stand on. might not last long, but will help you from sinking so bad. that's what works for us in the river bottoms. :beer

Yeah we had some branches but as soon as the slick mud hit them you couldn't stay standing which was no good for lifting and after i fell in we just put them under the tires to try and stop the bike for sinking anymore. It took about two hours to get both bikes out.
