We have 2 sx's that the handlebars will bite you.

Since there are 2 separate machines from different origins,
I wonder if they were a sporty option or just wrong.

I see the BR bars have a longer uplift as do some of the 185/200.

Wondering if the other honda atc bars might fit the sx's.

Hope there's no odd drillings or channels to deal with.

Being a guy of larger stature..6'2" I had this issue also.

I just moved the handle bars forward about 2" and now it doesn't do that. Or am I missing something?

I'll try that first even though they look almost vertical.
A couple degrees around the pivot should translate to a couple inches at the ends.
Might just give me the clearance I need.
Sounds perfect.
Big red bars are a couple inches taller but not easy to find and not sure of the diameter.

Everything hurts these days so anything ez goes to the top of the list.
No real surprises, I assume? oddball keyway, offset splines?
but I'm sure you would have mentioned that.

Thanks

The diameters are pretty much standard unless you get into tapered bars. A lot of the newer aftermarket stuff however is fairly low rise unless you look into "pitbike" type high bars.

Nope, just loosen the four bolts at the top of the triple and push them forward to your comfort point..then retighten. Just like your bike when you were a kid!!
