OK here is the plan. A buddy and I want to do a sort of tailgate on the trail, no cooking just sandwiches and drinks. We have an ATV park near the house and everyone clusters in the parking lot, guess being differant we wanted to set up a few chairs and a cooler in the back corner of the park. Thought I would build a sort of lightweight trailor that could be knocked down and hauled real easy. So far Mountain Bike wheels, angle iron, square tube, and a piece of expanded metal for a bottom.

Just a small day camp area and keep our stuff off the ground. Don't like racks on my 3 wheeler, plus that it gives us a spot to call ours when were out riding.

Anyone with any ideas?

Have you ever seen any of the game carts hunters use. That might be something you could look into. Here is one that came up on Google http://www.discountramps.com/game-cart.htm?CAWELAID=594696882&gclid=CK-N5fqW764CFbNk7AodLmGtKg It should be easily modified to suit your needs.

There seems to be lots of those bicycle trailers at good will,
the kind a couple kids can fit into.
Maybe more when spring appears and people buy new ones too.

my dad use to work a fab shop and he made a trailor similar to what your saying.. he had one in case if we went riding and it rained. it was 3 walls and at the bottom was mounted by hendges with a hook at the top. it was big enough for 3 people siting in chairs.. and when we would leave it would fold down and the 3 wheeler would park on top of it.. simple

Breaks down in 5 minutes, and I strap it to the ceiling in my garage when I am not using it... Built it for hauling deer out of the woods. I suggest perforated steel with holes large enough to get ratchet strap hooks down into it...
