Atc 110 bogging down

Hi guys,
I got an old atc 110 1979 as a non runner. Checked it out an it had bad compression. I changed the rings an the compression is now good. I set up the points ect. Again and put new jets into the carb. It idles great and is fine at high revs but at the start of the throttle it bogs down. I kinda have to sneak up on it and it's fine. I have tried adjusting the fuel mix but nothin seems to help. Has anyone any ideas?

are you running a good air cleaner ? i had that problem cuz i wasnt running the correct air filter..

I'm using 1 of those open ones, the original had fell 2 pieces. Could that be the problem?
