Im getting my DR ready for he season and gong through it. Today I took the front end apart to lube the steering stem and axle and my axle is seized on the spacer. I tried blasting it with WD, clamping it and turning the axle but its so stuck on there. Do you guys have any suggestions on how to get it free? Here's some pics cuz I know how much you all like em. Next couple days I should get my rear axle bearings in which doesn't look too fun.

Heat... a lot of heat. it causes the metal to expand.. should come free with a couple blows from a dead blow hammer and some heat.

I was thinking this^ but then I second guessed about doing it to an axle would it make the metal weaker at all?

I did the rear axle bearings not long ago. Losen the ring nuts, pop the shaft out. Seperate the large bearing from the axle. Tap on the new one. I had to use a heavy duty bearing puller (slide hammer) from harbor freight to get the bearing out the side of the diff. After that everything went in easy and I put it all back together. Don't forget to pack your bearings with a high quality grease.

I'll let others chime in about the front
