Got my new carb for the Tri-Z. All i can say is WOW. WHAT A DIFFERENCE.
It idles and doesnt create a smoke screen even at 24:1. The midrange was lean and would cut out like there was no fuel. I raised the needle by lowering the clip to the last position.Problem fixed, but may still be lean, (I would like to get where it bogs, then lean it back)can you add spacers under the needle? i read somewhere that pop can can be cut and usEd as spacers. Anyone ever used spacers under the needle to raise it higher? Thx..
i suppose i could run the ratio to 32:1 to help richen things up a bit more

i wouldnt use a spacer (if there even is one out there) to raise the needle any more. honestly i would run 32:1 and it should smooth out for you, being as the 24:1 is a lean mixture
