the lobes look a little worse in person but if my rocker arms are worn to my cam and everything its fine right? and the thing is 27 year old motor.

What does the surface of the lobes look like? Why do you think they are bad?
Here are the measurements from the Honda manual:

Intake: 1.2739-1.2802
Exhaust: 1.2615-1.2678

The only way you'll know for sure is to measure them

Because they go like instead of being perfectly round on the top theres a side thats worn.

Is there damage to the lobes? Spalling or scoring? Not all cams have a perfectly rounded lobes, it all depends on the lift and duration of the cam. How are the surfaces of the rocker arms that rest on the cam? Smooth or damaged? If the lobes on the cam are damaged there will be damage to the rocker surfaces too.

I could post pics of my 200S cam, but it has different specs than yours, so it will look different.

perfectly smooth
Both the lobes and the rockers?
If it's both I wouldn't be too concerned, but you could measure the lobes just to verify. All you need is a Vernier caliper (dial caliper) or a 1-2 inch micrometer. If you were wearing your cam and your rockers enough to notice damage, you probably would have noticed metal shavings (a silvery color, or worse yet chunks) in your oil when you changed it too

i did have metal sparkles and small flakes in my oil but it was metal coming off my cylinder from cam chain rib, it was loose before I got it.

141586 Does that look like a new chain/guides? I think it would be worn alot more than that if it was 26 years old. Also whats the main cause of burning exhaust valves? My bike had a cobra exhaust and the wrong ignition timing and the wrong jetting and it was missing the head gasket o ring when I bought it, the person before me did a retard rebuild and it was missing all sorts of things, would that cause it to overheat and burn the valve and ruin the seat seal? And would way to much fuel cause the intake side of my piston to get scored cause the fuel took all the oil away? cause thats what it looks like, it had way to big of a jet in it, it had a 125 and the only mods were an air filter and an exhaust and a .25 over rebuild, the guy ran it on 93 octane, he was a trailprotrailprotrailprotrailprotrailprotrailprotr ailpro.

and thanks! I also cant get my pulse rotator thing off my cam, if i take the bolt out it should just slide out right? do you have any tips?

Yeah 10mm bolt and it should slide off the cam. Before you go pulling on things take a sharpie and mark the pulse rotor and where it is in relation to the weights and spring, if you pull hard it will come apart. No biggie if you have it marked, if not you need to dig through the book like I did lol.
