I am having trouble with the float hieght. I would normally just look on the mikuni site under manuals but I get an error when I try to open the file. If someone could take alook in the TM manual and let me know that would be great. The best I could find on the interwebs was 15mm but was for a TMX carb. It's at 22mm now and still leaking out of the overflow,so the 15mm cant be right for my carb.(needle and seat are new)

Did some searching but the most I could find was this reply regarding a Mikuni TM38 on Thumpertalk:
Spoke to the guy at Carb Parts Warehouse in Cleveland and got my answer. He said you turn the carb upside down and set the height of the arms so they are parallel with the body of the carb.Hope this helps out someone looking for this info.
Seems to me I've heard this procedure somewhere before also.
Is (are) the float bowl(s) hollow plastic? is it possibly it/they are cracked and have fuel inside of them?
