Picked up this NOS ATC 90 Hurst Airheart disk brake conversion kit today from an old atv shop in Miami . Missing one brake pad but I think I can make one :wondering
He also has a NOS front disk brake setup as well but he's looking for a few missing pieces .
Trying the search feature here and I cant get the site to work , was looking to compare it to others to make sure its not missing anything else ?
Anyone else have pictures ?

This might be a stupid question, but is this the same Hurst that makes car shifters? The "H" emblem looks close.

Shortline, you can still get pretty much all the parts. New brake pads, manual caliper, some of the mounting pieces, not sure if the discs will be the same, but you should be able to get new discs machined. I sure would like to have a copy of your mount for the caliper though. I can't remember if it was 90 crazy or not, but I sent someone a link to the hurst/airhard website before, and within the last year too.

Thanks Pat . Will do a search when the site is working better . I was told that most of the parts were just vintage aftermarket cart set ups .
The disk is in fine just needs a cleaning , picture makes it look worse than it is . The mount should be an easy repop .

All of the calipers and break pads I've come across are the same. There are a couple different mounts and discs tho. I'm trying to figure out what to do for a disc hub on the first one we got. He sent everything but that! Bummer.

I have one. The outside brake pad has a little metal plate behind it to distribute the force of the pin over the pad evenly. This is the only pic I have right now. I think you have seen it already. Im going to have another disc made for mine as it is badly pitted. Maybe I will have a few made.
