Hey all, I am experiencing some issues with my ATC 200s and 185s metal gas tanks, not just rusty, but rusted through in a few spots. I have been patching with "Quicksteel" two part epoxy puddy and it lasts a couple months at best. I am wondering if anyone has experience with the Ebay plastic replacement tanks, I think they are made by Clarke? Are they worth the almost $100 price tag?

Also, the big question is, does anyone know of a plastic or metal tank from another bike that will fit the Honda ATC 200s, or 185s? Possibly something I could find in a parts yard?

Any tips, hints, stories about your tank repair would be appreciated or anything that might help would be appreciated.

Also thought about going the Kreem route. Anybody care to tell about their experience with the tank coating type products?

Thanks.

The Clarke tanks are good. Never have to worry about rust again.

Definitely get the clarke tank. They are worth it. Listen to Neil Young. Rust never sleeps.

Are the Clarke tanks durable? The one for my 125m is $180! Ouch!
