Scored a set of NOS 200X forks!

I finally found a set of NOS forks with axle and spacers for the 1986-87 200X! These will look sweet on my 87, my old ones were fine just the finish was wearing off the cases. I got em for $300 shipped

I got the forks from a member on honda350x.com , he sold a 1986 200X on ebay and had these as spares. ...Thanks Rory,yes i do have alot of $ in this one and its Very addicting,lol,it was a fairly low hour .Every part I replaced on this machine was NOS OEM Honda and I pay attention to detail down to the nuts and bolts although most of this bike is original from the factory. All that is left to do is to find a perfect NOS rear axle or find someone to restore the axle to new and the rear rims have pitting but no dings. The axle just has a couple of rust spots and small pitting.

Here is a shot of the rear axle, I have all the new oem axle nuts etc.. The rear tires are the originals from when the 200X came from the factory, just need the rims restored to the OEM new look.

:drool:too sweet ,I love the 86/87 it is hard to find in that cond , mine is a total basket case:( with a title:rolleyes: one of these days it will get redone till then I just :drool: over everybody elses..more :pics::pics::pics:

I don't plan on changing out the forks till the spring, I probbaly will put them up for sale then. As for the fork boots , I am keeping them as spares, hard to find new oem boots these days.
