Where do you live near in MN? Im in southern, near Mankato. Maybe we could get a group ride together sometime? I had one last year with 7 3 wheelers at once. It was fun! Nice Tecate!

We built it from the ground up....My buddy owns a junkyard and stumbles upon a few gems every now and then. We used a stock YFZ450 tire/rim, we cut the center circle out of the stock rim and drilled new holes for the lugs on the current rim. worked perfectly! This thing was a major eye sore when we pulled it out of the trees haha

This thing rips! So stoked! Everything is working great.....just need to do some work on the rear brakes and the radiator. Should be done Friday night....hope to post riding pics up soon! Got the shocks rebuilt this week and they feel awesome. Does anyone know where I can find a tank? If not, what's the best paint for tanks?

DC plastics makes a nice plastic "skin" that goes over the dull worn stock tank. They look good, and come in a variety of colors! Heres a link: http://www.dcvmx.com/xcart/product.php?productid=17940&cat=662&page=1 It says they are currently out of stock though?? I would deffinaylt not paint the stock tank, it will not look too good or last too long.

You definitely don't want to paint the tank. Some members have had success with dying them. Otherwise I would say just to get a cover.
