Anyone have experience with these Motion Pro axle nut wrenches?
They are made specifically for Hondas or any other 41mm model I guess.
Just wondering if I should get em or just buy a regular 41mm combo wrench for the toolbox.

That's what the Motion Pros are. I figured for the same price I could get the GearWrench. I'm decent at gettin near torque specs without a torque wrench. Motion Pro's were $40 and the GearWrench was $40. It's a beast of a wrench. Just under 6lbs.

The only reason I know the size is from the manual. They list an axle nut wrench set in their parts section for the brake job.

This is where I bought my wrench. Took 1 week exactly for delivery. I searched for over an hour and I believe this is the cheapest.

I know this is an old post, but UberKraut I'm wondering what is your feedback on this wrench is, because I'm needing to do a brake job and the manual shows using two 41mm wrenches. The end appears thicker than the flat cut out style wrenches, was that a problem? Did you have to buy two of them?

If you guys need a cheap 41mm spanner to put on a breaker bar or ratchet hit your local auto parts store. I got one for $15, i think the guy at the counter said it was a Ford waterpump spanner?? Anyway, the local OReilly's auto parts store had them on the rack, 41mm to 3/8" drive spanner. A lot thicker then the motion pro ones, the same thickness as a real wrench, beefy.

So what is the best wrench to use on axle nuts? The reason I ask , I'm looking for the best wrench that will not scar the new axle nuts I am installing. another question,, what are the best sockets and wrenches to use or a good technique to keep from damaging/scaring nuts and bolts? S&K name brand tools?

I love my Gearwrench. I just bought $3000 worth of Gearwrench for school.
The 41mm works good. It's not foolproof for proper torque. I just couldn't bring myself to buy those ugly stamped steel wrenches.
I probably will get the Motion Pro's though now that I get a killer tool discount for the next year.
