I just wanted to know if any one could tell me where there would be a good place to get a new piston and ring put in my 200x head. I tried a honda shop but they turned me down.

Denniskirk.com or a honda dealer is a good place to buy them and then you put it in and save a lot of money. A local shop (honda or independent) should be able to do it for you but it may cost more then the bike is worth. Just get yourself a gaskit kit and a repair manual and do the work yourself, it is not too hard to do.
