First remove the rubber seal on each side by prying it out, and spray inside the hub and on the bearring with a good penetrating oil. The use of heat really comes in handy, even if its just a propane tourch. Heat the outside of the hub where the bearrings would sit. Use a long punch and hammer, and gently tap the bearrings out. When you install the new ones, you can use a socket a little smaller than the outer diameter of the bearring and tap in in evenly as possibly, or a vise if you have one big enough.

I use a long punch ground at a 70-80 degree angle. High spot towards the bearing ID.
Face or force the lip towards the bearing or it will/can skip by.
If it keeps skipping by, grind it again, set it up and jam something in the other side so the punch HAS to catch. Then a normal square punch will do.
Grease up those spacers and center tube as well as the axle when your done..........

OK I can try that. I was going to ask, if the bearings on a KLT have "C" clip rings on the outside then I was hoping they would not have a shoulder in the bearing tube. I was hoping to try a shop press to force the whole assembly one way till one side came out then turn it around and pop out the other.
Is this possible? Ir is the bearing tube shouldered? If so why the rings on the outer part of the bearing???
