i had one fitted to my raptor, i think your problem will be fitting the speed sensor and magnet

Well I looked at it and I think I can fit one on my 86r. The problem is trying to find out the pulse per revolution. Does anybody know this. The pulses per revolution coming off the coil. I looked on my shop manual and it doesn't tell it.

It does fit 250r you change one of the disc bolts for a magnetic one,if you go on trail tech's website you can download manual telling you how to set up for pulse/revolution

A small gps unit mounted on the bars works for me.

where do i get a magnetic disc bolt from? and is the atc speedo head available from honda uk or another source? pm me if you want?

You can get magnetic bolt on eBay under trail tech vapour £8.Seen the clock on cmsnl website for 99 euro but can't find it now:cry:

Finally figured how to mount sensor,glued small magnet to back of rear hub stud and mounted sensor to axle housing,works perfect:cool: Post some pics when i have chance
