for some reason when i woke up at 5:30 i desided to go to my shop and just go nuts i riped down my 200x 185s and xr 200 motors only the 200x ran but pissed oil from the bottom end gasket now i got a perfect 200x motor and a xr 200 that needs a few bolts
the 200x i bought knowing it was locked up for $60 a little much but its my total investment in my trike it has a xr200 cylinder carb intake and cam with a 185 head with the manuel decomp the 185 uses the same comp ratio as the 200 but it has a smaller dome in the head and the pistion is dished witch means i get more comp with this head on a 200 this confused me when i first put it on it makes a noticable differice i also have what i beleive to be a bassani pipe for it

beer box has never failed me if you dip it in atf overnight it will even work as a head gasket in a sled motor

I knew you could use milk cartons in a pinch if needed because of the wax base that is on them, but beer boxes soaked in atf is a new one for me. You truly are bcredneck.

i had to split the case on the 200x to do that every nut bolt and part came off mostly so i could glue a gasket back together and i put it back together with a few differnt parts neather motor needs rings for a long time ones been done alredy and the other is just mint forgot about the camara when i did the 200x i was busy trying not to losse anything i was also way to lazy to pull the 6 speed swap i would have to make a obama case for that the black and unpainted parts aready piss me of just put the other one togeather with spare parts and made it run had to rip it apart and put it back togeather after 2 i found a c clip from somthing else on my floor

This comment wasn't about his ability as a president..it was about his colour. Regardless of where is originated or your family background, comments like this have no place here!!!
I just think its funny that there is a torque wrench in the first photo. Whats proper torque specs for a two-four case base gasket?

I just think its funny that there is a torque wrench in the first photo. Whats proper torque specs for a two-four case base gasket? it was probably used as a hammer to get the cylinder down on the cases.

I wondered if anyone else had seen that!
I'm willing to bet it is a multi-tool torque wrench/prybar/hammer/jack extension etc etc

i didnt use that on the xr motor that will most likely go in a bobber style dirt bike im planing i used it any where i had the specs for on the 200x that was built from the best of all the parts i got and has all the original gaskets with what i had this shoud not have to be fixed for a long time i even swaped out every bearing that had any play found one crank bearing that would have killed the motor if i went for another ride the part that holds the balls was gone
