here is a little project I have been working on. I was building it for ice racing but it will also be my primary trail bike. at the moment its pretty well stock besides the +4-5 finishline axle and some porting.by spring it will have a USD front end on it,maybe sooner. kinda what you are after bluewhale?138576138577

When did you get a westcoast? I knew those wheels would look good on a t3. Nice colors too.

Im liking it Ben! What kind of wheels are those? Looks good, cant wait to see more!I think they are ITP wheels. I never looked to be honest. I got them along with the axle from 86t3. more pics to come and although it will be ridden this winter it wont be finished until april-may

I like the look of it, but you'll find out what I'm after when I start my build thread(s) towards the spring. Your "Westcoast" may be the route that I'll have to go until I find a real one, lol. I like the orange parts you have on there, but why no orange coolant reservoir?

The orange frame with the white swingarm make it look like it's a Tiger 125.

I thought about getting an orange coolant bottle but I didnt think I would like how it would look. I have a white bottle that will be filled with dexcool. It will also get a +2 Laegers swingarm eventually that will be painted the same color as the engine

Now i get it. Yea, they are ITP holeshots. I was just reading somewhere about finishline axles and they never bent compared to durablues and others. I'll think of where i read it sometime. I think it was on .org for some reason

the tires are holeshots but I think the wheels are made by ITP also. I soppose all I have to do is look The tire s on there now are 18" the 20's I got from you will go on in the spring for trail riding. I like the finishline axle because it's adjustable and I still cant get a response from durablue about a replacement posilock nut.

i don't think southern wisconsin ice racers is going to make the first race happen on the 8th of jan. but that is all right for me, my axle still hasn't shown up, and i ordered it 3 days before thanksgiving !!!!!!!! pretty pissed off about this for sure !!!!!!

I had to go and play in the snow last night with the wife and kids on the trikes because I wasnt sure how long it was going to stick around. Nice little night ride through the woods though.

Its not looking good for ice racing. I saw on the news a couple days ago that the Labatts pond hockey tourny is in serious jeopardy unless the weather turns real quick and thats still over a month away. Hopefully the smaller lakes will cool off and freeze faster than Erie though.

Ben, you could always venture back out here. I am debating on getting the sprayer out and wetting the oval for an ice track. It might be the only shot for ice racing this season..lol

Ben, is there a paint code for that orange or did you just buy some premixed orange, it's a nice shade.

I dont have the paint code anymore, they put the label on the side of the can so its covered in paint now. I ould probably send you something painted to match the color. It actually looks better than the pics. I have fluorescent lights in my garage and its hard to get good pics

Looking good! Seeing all these Tecates around is really making me want one. Looking good man, seems like there's a lot of people jumping on the ice racing band wagon!
