^ Me too, 15/16ths..... And a grinder, then a file.

They do sell them on EBAY, Motion Pro comes to mind.

A tool for all ATC owners.......

I searched some old posts and came up with a 20mm x 24mm tool for the 200X clutch/oil pump and this is what I found on fleabay.

Is this it?:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Honda-Oil-filtet-Clutch-Hub-Spanner-Tool-Nut-socket-110cc-125cc-200cc-250cc-/400255556512?pt=Motorcycles_Parts_Accessories&vxp=mtr&hash=item5d31171ba0

bikerchicks has this tool, but hard to see what it looks like:

ETA: the old honda part number was 07716-0020100 Motion pro makes this as a replacement:

I've also used a socket and grinder to make one. It was for older Polaris ATV's, but same design(sorta)
Hope this helps!

not to bring back a dead thread, but i just bought the tool from rocky mountain atv. And it was to small for the clutch nut on a 200x. It didn't work at all.

15/16th socket, grind it down carefully.

Treat it like a precious little flower :D

The outer edge of the teeth on the tool would just reach the lip on the bolt. I will definitely make my next one and not mess around with the tool anymore.

That link is almost 3 years old and now links to a different tool that is not compatible with the 200X. If you click on the link in the description that says:

"See all machines the Motion Pro Honda Counter Balancer & Clutch Hub Spanner Socket fits."
http://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/All-Vehicles/731/27659/Motion-Pro-Honda-Counter-Balancer-%26-Clutch-Hub-Spanner-Socket

You'll find that the 200X is not listed. ;)

This is the tool you'll need, it's actually 2 tools in one, and for $17 much cheaper than spending the time making one. At least to me, but that's your call. ;)

Yea I get what you're saying. I have the equipment and could make one, But I typically have between 3-5 machines here that I'm wrenching on not including mine. It's usually easier for me to push a machine aside for a couple of days while my order comes in and start on another machine.
