I have found it's almost impossible to correctly check the CDI boxes with an Ohm meter. But some say it can be done.
Have you checked your exciter coil? Unplug the Black with red striped wire from behind the pull starter. Make sure it checks within spec. Then run the machine until it dies and check it again.
I only point out things like this to help people from buy parts they may not need. I might have a CDI at the shop but will have to check to be sure.

Yes exciter coil is a source of problem on the 200 that run for about 30 year on the same exciter coil.New aftermarket are available for about 25$.Personnaly I have change a lot of 200es cdi,and they seem to have some problem....and the symptoms are mostly always the same, run well, turn it off and now won't restart, wait an hour and start like a new.
