Running rich

Ok so my Tecate runs rich at idle. Does that mean I need a smaller pilot because the pilot jet controls idle until vacuum I created and the needle jet is lifted to allow fuel to pass through the main jet. As far as I know the main jet controls fuel a 3/4 throttle an wot. The pilot controls idle to 1/4 correct?

have you adjusted your airscrew?

Yea idles fine just rich. Should I come down on it even more?? I started all the way in(rich) and backed it out maybe three turns

I don't know if it's the stock size even. I got the bike in pieces as it has a 300 main in it
