my three wheeler is very hard to start. it takes several pulls with the recoil and still often doesn't start. once started runs great. weather doesn't make a difference. what should i do?

#1- fresh fuel
#2- completely disassemble and clean the carb
#3- new spark plug
That should get you up and running better.

Depending on what model and year it is, a carb cleaning can take less than
1/2 hr.
Does your choke seem to be working?
Will it fire right up with starting fluid?
Somewhere along the line, we'll need to know what it is so we can help easier.
Carb jets can be clean or new but that doesn't mean the internal passages are clear.
Compressed air or carb cleaner spray with the straw might get it too.
Safety classes are a definite must.

What make / model / year 3 wheeler do you have? I ask because different 3 wheelers have different common issues that can cause this problem. The more info we have the better we are able to help.
