No, technically it's not a 3 wheeler. It's either a 4 wheeler with 1 ski or it's a 2 wheeler with ski.

I think that thing's pretty sweet.

On a side note, that was THE WORST song I have ever heard in my life. I highly suggest everybody click on this link just to hear what happens when somebody with absolutely no musical talent makes music.
