So I think I've had a Westcoast for almost a year, didn't know I had it

Goin through my parts that I bought last winter. I got an 84R frame, Swinger front end and motor, 5 misc. seats, 84 n 85 200x frames, swingers plus extras... I just noticed the 84R swingarm has whats left of the westcoast logo. Appears to be part of the paint...I am no expert, so here are some pics. Someone tell me if I am wrong on this.

yep looks like a stock length for an 83 or an 84 , thats why the 2 shock monuts,,,

What's the deal with something as rusted as this? Is the metal fatigued too badly or can something like this just be sandblasted and refurbed?

Yea, it came with an 84 R parts buy. I'm gonna break it down and blast it, since I have to blast other stuff any way. It is still solid, it sat in a shed for alot of years according to who I bought from. So, can it be re-labeled? Does anyone cut these stickers? It may be for sale since my build shifted from an 84R to an 81R with extended swinger.

I would change builds just to use that swingarm. But if you get it powder coated and throw new decals on it, I'm sure it could fund a lot of your build if you go to sell it. Nice find!
