New Tires?

Hey ya'll, I'm looking to get new tires on my 250r. Probably just go with the front right now, as I have two usable rears. Where are some good places to look?

I've been lucky finding front wheels and tires for pretty cheap on ebay.

Stupid Question: My current front tire is a 23.5 X 8 - 11. I'm assuming the 8 is my rim size so I need to stick with that. How much do the other numbers matter? I know about car tires, but I am kinda drawing a blank for some reason lol.

As long as the tire is for an 11" rim you can mix and match the height and width of the tire.

not sure if this means much but I recently had some tires lined up
and with iDENTical numbers, they looked vastly different.
Height and width wise.

Next time I do that, I'll be sure to take pictures.
These were all 22x11x8, granted different manufacturers, but still shocking
from a mail order perspective.

Some may have been overinflated at some point but the difference was dramatic.
