I made a post on an insane amount of three wheeler parts that I was trying to sell.I posted on tww so that trike riders may appreciate what it is that I have available but so far all I have gotten are rude replies and responses I have been on, around, and into Honda 250r's for over 16 years now and the people that I have ridden with are the founding fathers of three wheeler racing, dragging, and dune riding. Just because it says I'm a new member to your forum does not mean I am new to three wheelers. But I am new to this forum stuff like I said I would have thought that there may be a member that might want to buy or trade something after all I have a two car garage stacked with new and used parts from ceiling to floor as well as rare parts that you will probably never find anywhere because it's one of a kind passed down to me from the guys who started this over thirty years ago just to mention a few of the unobtainables I have a shoei HRC swing arm with adjustable ride height, I have a 86 mugen jug yes 86 yes water cooled they did make them you just can't find them I have original seats, plastics, guards, lights, elect comp, carbs, engine casings, swing arms custom and stock, expansion chambers stock and after market, exhaust pipes every different manufacture you can think of, shocks, triple trees, frames, wheels, tires, gasket sets, bearing sets, stainless bolt sets, two five gallon buckets of factory bolts and brackets, gas tanks, axles, foot pegs, brake levers, hubs, shift levers, handle bars and on and on and there are some of these items I have between six and twelve of, oh well better luck on fee bay or clist huh thanks for all the derogatory comments much appreciated

calm down bud. If it was the post I am thinking of the responses were basically just telling you to be more specific. I know you said to check the CL ad but how are people suppose to know what to look for? a link would have been helpful. this time of year may be hard to sell parts also with christmas coming up very quickly but tax time is just around the corner.

It's not that I expect them to sell in any hurry I have posted clist ads more than a dozen times over the last few years it's just the only two posts I have made on here have had 2 out of three rude replies referring to the fact that I'm some sort of idiot for even mentioning the stuff I'm selling and I wouldn't be selling it if I had any other options I lost my job three weeks ago and cannot find a job anywhere as I'm sure you all know trade jobs are few and far between and it looks like the only presents my daughters will be getting for Christmas is being homeless

I had to go back and see your previous thread to remember what was going on. I didnt want to come off ignorant its just that alot of people got ripped off from guys doing the same thing. I hope something works out for you so you can have a better holiday and I sent you a pm a week ago, wasnt sure if you had a chance to get any pics yet? This is a great site, just gotta get used to some of the guys here, it dont take long! Good luck with the sale!

Man, there are lots of guys on here looking for all kinds of parts, there are also alot of good guys on here and yes there are also a small number of idiots, unfortunately that small number of idiots make alot of people skeptical when someone new shows up and claims to have the mother load of trike parts sitting in their garage, the key is good descriptions, good pictures and a little patience, those three things go a long way around here. Also in your other thread you simply asked for pistons, my response was really just to let you know that you would get a better response if you said what kind of motor you were looking for pistons for, and that it was kind of confusing because you mentioned your craigslist ad and that you were selling/trading, well apparently Leesburg is included with another Florida city so I couldn't really find your ad (a link would help everybody out on that). With that being said, I'm sure you'll find someone interested in your parts, I myself am not much of a Honda guy but I'm in the minority around here. Also, calling everyone a bunch of dicks because of a poor description on your part probobly isn't the best way to earn alot of trust...just saying...

I will be the first or third technically to man up for my earlier post. Just like those that posted before me, multiple "newbs" have burnt plenty of people on here. Let me start over.
Welcome. Post pics of your parts, prices and descriptions. That will go a long ways.

I also stand behind what I said on your other thread, which I recall was just helpful information.? I would think that a guy that has HRC swingarms, Mugen jugs, yeah the water cooled one, blah blah blah and such would be able to get himself a damn piston for an 85-6 250R? Oh yeah welcome to 3WW from a self-loathing d*ick :beer

I want to see the Shoei HRC swingarm... Pics?
I really dont condone the way this post was put out.
TRI2Die..
This is the internet, and you are not going to run into a " Hi, Welcome to Mcdonalds" At every post. In other words, you really cant get bent when people post something that annoys you.( Well you can if you want to jack up your blood pressure from what a guy said 1000 miles away.)
It appears to me you posted you had a ton of parts to sell which apparently you do. However, you made it sound like a ton of Rare stuff which most of these guys swoon over and have seen to many false claims before to just believe it without pics. So now your pics are up..I spy A westcoast swinger and New Maier Yellow fenders and some good 250R used parts.
What else do you have? Do you have some Short track kits? Flt track fenders? and Cal fab stuff..I also saw some Z parts there. Any rare stuff for those? How about a UFO Z airbox?

Being in sales you are going to run into questions, and proabably some arguments and some idiots and people that just wanna talk and lowball.
I dont think calling people dicks is the way to make some sales though.

Tri2die, don't let some comments by a few get to you.
Go easy brother, life's too short to get wound up over something like this. I wish I had more cash sitting around becasue by the sounds of it you probably have some stuff I could use. But, Christmas is coming fast and I just got underway on a 350r build. My kitchen pass from the Mrs. is about tapped for Daddy's toys at the moment....But, I just PMed you about a couple things......
Stick around.
Best of luck in getting a new job!

Mind if I chime in a bit, I am in need of a bunch of parts and info. I started a thread just a bit ago and found this one. What is the Craigs listing under (place, name,) something I can go off of. I dont mind the prices on Ebay but I have (probably due to my lack of knowlege) a pile of unusable items that I have purchased that dont seem to be what I needed. Sounds like you may be just the person im looking for. Heres just a short list, 85 125m (with a starter) pull start and rear fenders. A 1978 90 points ignition coil (got three and none seem to be right) and how to wire it. <--the whole bike w/o lights for that matter, ect ect....
