any tips on how to install a ceet tank cover? and make it look good!

trying to install a new ceet tank cover. i can't get it tight with the elastic snaps. what am i doing wrong. thinking the cover may get tighter after i put some holes in the cover and mount the shrouds?

Typically, that is what it takes. You have to drill or cut your holes to pull it tight then mount the shrouds.
Those elastic straps suck IMO.

My wife has been making them with a different design on the under straps so you can get them tight.

I have two of them.and the first was so tight it took spray glue and heat to get it on the tank (nothing like The 3 hrs to put a stupid tank cover on) the second is a better fit but you do have to shorten the straps to get it tight, a couple knots in them works wells

i got it on and think it looks pretty good. i had to wrap the straps around the frame, as they were way to long. need alot of knots to take up the slack. just hope i don't have to pull the tank off.

when i mounted the shrouds, i pulled the cover tight, and felt for the nuts in the tank and cut them out with a exacto knife. put a bolt in the top one, and did the same with the bottom hole.

Tammy isnt doing T-3 ones as of now.
She will, but who knows when. It isnt that she is not interested, she does not have time.

Mik6 makes them though, so as long as he wants to do them, there isnt need for another guy/gal making them.
His looked really sweet anyway. Maybe drop him a line guys.

here are his.
