View Full Version : plumbing my oil coolers.

so i cut off the flex part of my oil lines on my 350x and all that remains is the hard metal lines. ive started contemplating how im going to make these custom lines. anyone have ideas? ive thought abot AN fitting, but im unsure atm.

I have always just bent new 3/8'' hard line and welded the factory ends on.

I had NAPA crimp the flex hose back on but I guess you wouldn't have too.

thats the part i need, the flex hose put on. well plumbing my dual coolers.

i googled it so idk. i do like the idea but those lines and AN fittings wont fit the stock T cuz the stock hard line comes out of the side of each

I bought some Earls black nylon braided hose and I plan on running that with hose clamps. The oil system is not high pressure, so regular clamps will work, they just don't look the coolest.

I have seen MANY people blow hose clamped oil lines off....you have been warned.
