Why cant I post in Trikesylvania

I've been posting there since I got my bike a couple months ago. But now I cant post there or respond to posts. I already have 20+ posts.
Is anyone else having the same problem

It's 20 posts and 2 months. You're a little shy of the two month mark. You'll be good to go in just a hair over a week from now.

How come I cant post there now, is this a new rule.
