nice, it's looking good pat. :beer
was at my buddy's over the weekend and got a good look at his new light and will need to do something a little differant. his has a handle on it, so basicly the mount needs to be sitting lower is all.

Thanks, does your friend have the same worklight as I do? Mine has a small handle on the op and has a quick release on the bottom to remove it from the base.

that's almost like his, but not exactly. spent most of the time under his truck changing out his leaf springs and CV's. sorry, didn't really pay attention to the top, but it does have a quick release on the bottom.

Yeah, if it has a Honda sticker on the top backside of it, it's the same worklight...

no, his is not a Hondaline worklight. it's just a light he picked up, it just happens to be very simalar to the Hondaline. could almost pass for a knock-off i think.

Oh ok cool, post a pic of your friend's worklight when you get a chance, I'm curious as to how similar it is to the Honda one..

Haha thanks, well I'm actually looking for a set of the rear mudflaps and exhaust deflector so if anyone has a set, let me know!

ok got a couple pics of my buddy's spotlight and sorry, i guess it's not as close to the worklight as i thought. the idea he's thinking about is to use the top plate off another set of forks. that way there's a turned down lip so there won't be a need for an extra lower brace to keep it steady. might draw something up in paint to give a better idea. also the idea he has for running his wires looks good too. he's only stuck figureing out exactly how he wants to hook it to his factory plug (his still has all the pieces to his). :beer

anyway here's his 5in 55w spotlight. about a half turn of the lower knob and it pops right off.

Hey, yeah his worklight is definitely a little different than the Honda one, but not bad looking at all. I'm sure it will mount up good on his Big Red.
